Ouch! Plotting is an ok! But Romana may use the puppy dog eyes and tears if she gets hurt, and she does have some sort of protection from Spain and Netherlands...

Oh those won't work, people tried and failed. Would getting tackled to the ground and getting a knife pointed at her face surprise her? It said bonus for tears and Bel's all for making other people cry.

It would surprise her but it would also make her more likely to fight. She's just come out of a war for independence, her reflexes are pretty sharp. But yeah it would scare her.
